The Competition Court agreed with the parties that the Ius v Deutsche Bank pre-filing discovery case should be closed, due to the dispute becoming unnecessary.
Ius had filed this case to gain access to the judgment of October 2021 relating to Deutsche Bank in the “Banking Cartel” case. Subsequently, in reaction to an administrative popular action filed by Ius against the AdC, the AdC published this judgment on its website, in compliance with its legal obligation to do so. Ius thus had access to the text of the judgment via that channel.
