Ius Omnibus responded to the AdC's public consultation on competition conditions in the hemodialysis services market.

The AdCade's analysis revealed the existence of several unnecessary bureaucratic procedures for the entry of new hemodialysis clinics into the market, as well as other conditions that discourage investment in the creation of new providers of this type of treatment, thus reducing the diversity and number of services offered.

These conditions prevent the improvement of the quality and innovation of the treatments provided, as well as the exercise of genuine choice by patients suffering from kidney disease.
