The Competition Court confirmed the active legitimacy of Ius Omnibus to promote popular actions to compensate consumers for anticompetitive practices. According to the Court, these actions may even be the most suitable method to guarantee access to justice.
This action will be suspended pending the outcome of the appeal against the decision of the Competition Authority.
