The decree-law that regulates consumer rights in the purchase and sale of digital goods, content and services was published, transposing the Directives (EU) 2019/771 and (EU) 2019/770.
Is important to remember that, on October 12th, the diploma was promulgated by the President of the Republic. The extension of the warranty period for movable goods, from two to three years is one of the highlights.
On 1 January 2022, the decree-law 84/2021 will enter into force.
