Ius Omnibus informs that Julia Suderow – until then vice-president – will occupy the position of President of the association.
Julia Suderow holds a degree in Law from the University of Hannover, a Master’s degree from the University of Hannover and the University of Louvain and a Ph.D. from the University Carlos III of Madrid, with a specialization in Competition and International Private Law.
Julia is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Deusto in the areas of Private International Law and International Trade Law and coordinator of the Permanent Observatory for the Application of Competition Rules at the University of Trento. The new President of Ius is also the author of several publications, written in English, German and Spanish, a lawyer specialized in Competition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, International Arbitration and Private International Law and is the founding partner of 3C Compliance that aims to provide compliance advisory services to companies.
